This project features two custom rooftop courtyards and polished concrete flooring throughout the building lobby, creating durable, functional spaces designed for everyday use and long-term performance.

From elevated hardscape systems to integrated irrigation and commercial-grade outdoor amenities, this technically demanding build highlights our expertise in complex rooftop construction and large-scale landscape installation.

  • 8,437 sq. ft. concrete pavers on pedestal system (Hanover Pavers)
  • 2,220 sq. ft. synthetic turf (Tile Tech)
  • Custom planters with Unilock modular block walls
  • Three commercial-grade grill stations (AEI PGS S27)
  • 2,650 sq. ft. polished concrete flooring and stair treads
  • Stamped concrete sidewalk at main entrance
  • Broom finish sidewalk around the building with stamped cobble edge
  • Full irrigation system throughout rooftop courtyards
