A Trex composite deck extends from the home, with a portion enclosed by a cathedral ceiling, screened-in, three-season porch featuring a stone veneer gas fireplace — offering comfort and protection without losing the connection to the outdoors.

Beyond the deck, a pergola-covered outdoor kitchen with stainless steel appliances from Bull Grills & Spas provides a dedicated space for cooking and gathering. Nearby, a rustic wood-burning fire pit patio creates a more relaxed setting for evenings outdoors.

Throughout the property, integrated low-voltage LED landscape lighting enhances both the atmosphere and usability of the space after dark.

Together, these elements form a cohesive outdoor environment that balances structure, comfort, and functionality — designed to be enjoyed across seasons and occasions.
