AvalonBay Communities, Inc., owners of nearly 80,000 apartment units in New England, New York City, Washington, D.C., Seattle, and California, hired Dex by Terra to install the hardscaping for their new luxury apartment community in Sudbury Massachusetts.

For this expansive hardscaping project, Dex by Terra installed 50,000 square feet of stone veneer on the exterior of apartment buildings, clubhouses, and main entry signage. Dex also poured, stamped, and stained concrete for the pool deck and amenity areas, and installed outdoor kitchens, a bar and grill area, and a community fire pit. Sidewalks were also poured by Dex.
